Olivia

Physiotherapist

Olivia graduated from the University of Otago in 2020. She started her Physiotherapy career in Christchurch working in a private practice setting where she treated a variety of conditions including sporting injuries, pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, and those everyday aches and pains. Olivia has recently moved up to the Bay of Plenty where she looks forward to continuing her musculoskeletal based physio, as well as growing her knowledge and experience around neurological physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Olivia has played a wide variety of sports and has experienced the range of frustrations and disappointments involved with any form of injury. Olivia works hard to ensure her clients achieve the best possible outcomes and return to the activities they enjoy. She uses a mix of exercise-based rehabilitation, education, and manual therapy alongside promoting self-management.

Having grown up on a farm, Olivia loves the outdoors and outside of work you will find her on the netball court, up the mountain, going on walks/hikes or in the gym with a focus on strength and conditioning. Olivia has a keen interest in Reformer Pilates, including the role it can play in rehabilitation and is a qualified instructor.
